Version dated 7 September 2026
Service provider: შპს ჰემოტესტი
Identification code: 402141366
14 Tashkenti Street, Tbilisi, Georgia
mcr@coalesia.com1. Provider and scope
The Provider is შპს ჰემოტესტი (HEMOTEST LLC), identification code 402141366. Registered address and appointment location: 14 Tashkenti Street, Tbilisi, Georgia (თბილისი, ტაშკენტის 14). Website: hemotest.ge. Email: mcr@coalesia.com. Telephone: +995 596 00 10 60, +995 32 214 10 10.
The Provider delivers the selected examination and agreed consultation. The scope, price, appointment time and arrangements for receiving results are agreed before the contract is concluded. MCR — Medical Consultation Record — supports booking, the preliminary questionnaire and medical documentation; it is not a separate service provider.
Medical services are delivered by professionals authorised to perform the relevant activities in Georgia, within their competence. The professional’s name and qualifications are disclosed before the service. The Provider is responsible for performing the contract.
2. Services and payment
- 15-point blood analysis and parasite test
- 150 ₾
- Blood test for parasites
- 120 ₾
The prices below are in Georgian lari and include applicable taxes. The final price is confirmed for each order. Later price changes on the website do not change an agreed price.
Service names identify catalogue entries. Before the examination, the professional explains the method, its capabilities and limitations. Microscopic observations alone do not establish a definitive diagnosis or replace necessary laboratory investigations. Decisions about identifying infection and treatment require appropriate medical justification.
Additional examinations, separate consultations, procedures and products are charged only by separate agreement. The contract covers one appointment, with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic charges. A repeat appointment is booked separately.
Payment method, deadline and, where needed, payment details are provided in advance. Payment is made to the Provider or its designated authorised recipient, with a supporting payment document.
3. Booking and contract formation
Patients select a service and time, provide contact details, review the terms and may correct information before confirming an order. Visiting the website, opening MCR or completing a questionnaire does not itself constitute payment or delivery of a service. A booking request is a request to agree an appointment.
The contract is concluded after the patient expressly accepts the terms and receives order confirmation from the Provider. Confirmation identifies the Provider, service, final price, date, time, location, payment terms and arrangements for receiving results. Confirmation and the agreed terms are supplied in a form that can be saved unchanged.
Agreement to a paid order must be explicit. Accepting this offer does not replace informed medical consent: the nature, risks, limitations and alternatives of a procedure are explained separately beforehand. Representation and consent involving minors are governed by Georgian law.
4. Appointment and results
Patients disclose known health information, medicines, allergies and circumstances relevant to the procedure. They may simply state when information is unknown.
The professional assesses whether the procedure can be performed and may propose changing its scope, rescheduling or seeking other care. Changes to a paid service and its price require the patient’s agreement.
The Provider performs the agreed examination, explains results and supplies the documentation included in the order. The delivery method and timing are agreed before the service starts. Patients retain their statutory rights to information and copies of medical records.
No specific diagnosis, detection of a particular disease, treatment effect or health improvement is guaranteed. This does not remove the obligation to provide the service properly. Questionnaires and correspondence do not provide continuous monitoring; the emergency number in Georgia is 112.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
To reschedule or cancel, contact HEMOTEST by telephone or email and provide details identifying the booking. A new time is agreed subject to availability.
Advance payments are refunded if cancellation occurs before the service begins. This offer imposes no cancellation penalty or automatic forfeiture of the entire payment for a missed appointment. If the Provider cancels, the patient chooses rescheduling or a refund for services not provided.
Patients may refuse or stop a medical procedure. The professional explains possible consequences. Financial settlement does not restrict the right to refuse an intervention.
6. Distance-contract withdrawal and refunds
A distance contract is subject to a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from conclusion, in accordance with mandatory Georgian law. A preliminary booking does not itself become a paid contract.
Starting the service before that period expires requires the patient’s separate express request. Following full performance, the right to withdraw without a reason may end only with the prior consent and acknowledgement of that consequence required by law.
One completed action does not amount to performance of the entire service. For partial performance, the patient receives details of completed actions and the refund calculation. Deductions require a lawful basis; where a full refund is required, no individual action costs are deducted.
Send withdrawal to mcr@coalesia.com in any clear form with details identifying the order. For example: “I withdraw from order [date or number] and request a refund. Name and contact: […]”. No special form is required. Receipt is acknowledged.
Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after withdrawal is received, through the original payment method or another agreed method without additional cost to the patient. Rights relating to undelivered or improperly delivered services remain available.
7. Confidentiality
Before data collection, patients receive information about the responsible entity, processing purposes and grounds, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise their rights. Medical-data processing terms are provided separately and must reflect the actual operation of HEMOTEST and MCR.
Accepting this offer is not consent to advertising or publication of a patient’s story, photographs or results. Such activities require their own legal basis and separate consent where required.
Personal access links should be kept confidential. This does not remove the Provider’s duty to protect data.
8. Enquiries and liability
Questions and complaints should be sent to mcr@coalesia.com and are handled without undue delay. Mandatory deadlines, including the refund deadline, continue to apply.
The Provider is responsible for its obligations under Georgian law. This offer does not exclude liability for harm or restrict mandatory patient rights. Access to competent authorities and courts is not conditional on prior correspondence.
9. Applicable terms
Georgian law applies. Requirements concerning medical practice, patient consent and data processing apply independently of acceptance of this offer.
The version supplied at ordering applies to that order. New terms apply to new orders and do not automatically change existing contracts. Georgian, Russian and English versions convey the same terms; discrepancies may not restrict mandatory patient rights.
